Incorporated in Mauritius, KIDStory Ltd is a young, socially conscious and dynamic start-up, focused on the research, development and implementation of an online, secured and cloud-based school management system targeted to nursery, pre-primary, primary and secondary schools based on Mauritian or international curricula.
Our software distribution model is a Software as a Service (SaaS), in which we host the system and make it available to our customers over the Internet, through a monthly subscription fee paid by the school.
KIDStory Ltd provides a comprehensive solution for institutions, enabling them to reduce their carbon footprint while rapidly implementing a continuously evolving school management system to communicate with their staff, students and parents, and relieving them of the burden of heavy investment in costly IT infrastructure, employment of technical staff or lengthy processes linked to software installation and maintenance.

The Founders
KIDStory Ltd was founded by two enthusiastic digitally savvy young entrepreneurs, holding degrees in computer science and engineering, and having an extensive knowledge and 16 years experience of digital marketing and information technology.

In our endeavour to build a sustainable tomorrow for future generations, we articulated our strategic orientation around the digital transformation of schools of Mauritius. In its simplest terms, we want to empower schools with the most efficient technologies to go paperless, while building effective communication channels between the school, its staffs, its students and parents.

We want to create a secured and intuitive platform which provide teachers and staffs with a hasslefree working environment to help them focus on their pupils, and a simple system for parents to remotely supervise their child’s development and progress, in real time.

It is indeed very challenging and costly for a school with limited budget to go digital. This is why we crafted our business model to overcome those challenges, providing rapid implementation of the system, while taking care of all the technical overheads , which they may encounter.

Challenged by an ever-changing digital environment, we continuously innovate and upgrade our system, initially created with a scalable architecture in mind.

Our intention is to accompany institutions, parents and their children during their whole academic life from nursery to secondary, shaping together with the parents, their kid’s story.
